A NEW Keowee123 Subdivision lot map is available on the Keowee123 website. The map was extracted from the Oconee County GIS which is based on the Oconee County Register of Deeds.
If you need help with creating an account on the website, please send us an email at the address above, PDF instructions are available.
From the Board of Directors:
BYLAWS AND COVENANTS: The Board has no plans to proceed with covenant changes. The questionnaire proposed by the previous board, was never fully developed. If you want to keep these changes from occurring in the future, we ask that you consider running for a position on the board at the next election.
Treasurer:
The BOD has elected to move the HOA’s financial record keeping into the QuickBooks accounting package. In addition to greater transparency of your money, this will allow easy transferring of records from one board to the next. The accounting system will help prevent errors and allow better transparency with lot owners on how your money is being spent. Year to date financial statements will be posted to the HOA website on a monthly basis, and it is this board’s recommendation that all future Board of Directors continue this tradition of providing monthly financial transparency to all lot owners.
DUES:
We have several lots that have not paid their yearly HOA dues. Dues are essential to keeping our community entrances nice, paying for insurance premiums, utilities, taxes, and social events, as well as helping neighbors in need, etc. Please let a BOD member know if you need any assistance in processing payments.
We plan on meeting and communicating with you monthly, using both the Web site and by direct email. (Please let Hunter know if these methods do not work for you.)
Volunteer . . . ask questions . . . tell us what YOU want . . .
Again, the best way to contact the BOD is by any of the three ways listed above.

Trash Pick Up
Great day for the trash pick up on 130. There were 21 bags of trash ! Fourteen volunteers from Keowee 1,2,3 and four from the Southport group farther up 130 did the job. Bright orange vests, orange and purple grabbers and orange bags made for a bright look on the cool and crisp morning. A big thank you to Mark Remme for organizing and everyone who participated !
